Through Hypnosis and Guided Meditation I can help guide you back in time so we can see what issues or problems present themselves that you are still working on in this life and work on healing them in this time line.

Hypnosis and Reiki (Energy Work) can help you with a myriad of things. Including integrating a healthier lifestyle into your routine by working with your subconscious to help you change your lifestyle and in turn, lose weight. It can also help with Smoking Cessation, Trauma, Sleep Issues, Pain Management, Inner Child work, Fears/Phobias and more!

I can help you learn how to heal yourself. I believe in giving YOU the tools to heal while helping you along the way. We can facilitate healing by any/or all of the following modalities- Hypnosis, Card Readings or Reiki.

All the modalities I use will help calm anxiety and depression and give you the tools you need to cope with these emotions at home. We find the root and we can do that by either doing a Reading, Hypnosis, Past Life Regression or Mentorship.
